Here in Ezekiel we see a people thinking they can seek God while holding on to the idols of their hearts. They are persistently unfaithful, having always wanted to do things in their own way. No one—not even Noah, Job, or Daniel—can save them from the coming judgment on the land.

There’s only one way, and there has always been only one way—abiding in the True Vine, trusting in the Lord and in Him alone, which Jesus has now fully revealed means coming to God through (and only through) Him.
