Christian leadership looks different. We don’t lead by demanding influence, fighting for position, or seeking the approval of people. We lead like Jesus—meek and gentle, recognizing that the battle is spiritual, using spiritual weapons, and exercising whatever authority God has given us to build others up. When it’s all said and done, may we care less about the applause of men and more about hearing our Lord say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
