This Christian life is a life that must be lived in continual subjection, in continual submission to the King of kings. Though we come to Him in boldness, we do so only through His Son, clothed in humility, clothed in His righteousness. We must never consider ourselves as having graduated from that, so we guard against any tendency toward pride, putting to death any inking toward selfish ambition or conceit.
