Even an earthly father doesn’t always remove every obstacle from his children’s path, instead, he walks beside them through it. Our Heavenly Father does that perfectly; He strengthens, He encourages, He sustains — and maybe that is the greatest comfort of all. Not that our Father always changes our circumstances, but that He never stops being our Father in the middle of them.
